Working parties

They receive financial and non-material support from the SSRE for their activities and projects. The support given to the working parties by the Society and the expectations placed on the working parties are governed by binding rules (see Organisation of the Working Parties).

New working parties are initiated by one or more individual SSRE members who submit a plan to the Executive Committee for approval.

The members of a working group are generally individual members of the SSRE for at least two years. The person(s) responsible for the working group must be an individual member of the SSRE.
